Bergamot Oolong | oolong tea
Bergamot Oolong is a naturally scented Taiwanese tea crafted by layering fresh bergamot blossoms with lightly oxidized oolong overnight while the flowers are at the peak of their fragrance. Following a traditional scenting method passed down through generations, the tea slowly absorbs the floral-citrus aroma before the blossoms are carefully removed by hand the following morning.
Using expressive high mountain oolong as the base allows the fragrance to integrate seamlessly into the tea rather than sitting above it. The result is a cup that feels vivid yet refined, balancing bright bergamot blossom notes with the soft creamy texture characteristic of Taiwanese Jin Xuan.
The liquor opens with fresh citrus florals and gentle sweetness, followed by a silky body with hints of honey, ripe fruit, and soft herbal undertones. The finish remains clean, cooling, and delicately perfumed. it offers both aromatic clarity and smooth depth in the cup.
