Beishan High Mountain Jin Xuan | oolong tea
Grown in the misty hills of Beishan, this Jin Xuan Oolong expresses the true character of Taiwan’s beloved cultivar #12. Developed in the 1980s, Jin Xuan is prized for its naturally smooth, creamy body and gentle floral aroma .
This batch is lightly oxidized and softly baked to preserve its signature “milk” quality — not from flavoring, but from the leaf itself. The liquor is silky and clean, opening with delicate orchid notes, followed by a mellow sweetness and a lingering, buttery finish.
Balanced and approachable, it’s a tea that invites slow moments — whether as a daily ritual or a quiet reset in the afternoon.
