Sun Moon Lake T-18 | black tea
Grown in the Sun Moon Lake region of Nantou, this Red Jade (T-18) black tea reflects one of Taiwan’s most distinctive modern cultivars. Developed from a cross between a native wild tea tree and a Burmese Assamica variety, it is celebrated for its naturally bold and aromatic profile.
This lot offers a clean, balanced cup with notes of ripe stone fruits, gentle cinnamon spice, and a soft, cooked sugar sweetness. The texture is smooth and full-bodied yet without heaviness, finishing with a refreshing minty lift that is characteristic of Red Jade.
