We will present 7 different teas, carefully selected and served in order of fermentation level — from the lightest to the most oxidized.
You will taste and explore:

• Oolong Tea
• Black Tea
• Pu-erh Tea
and more.
During the session, we’ll talk about:
– The difference between fermentation levels
– How processing affects flavor and aroma
– How to properly taste and evaluate tea
