Crafted in a Dong Ding style, this baked oolong highlights the sweet, creamy character that has made this style so widely loved. A careful blend of Jin Xuan and Cui Yu cultivars is selected before undergoing multiple rounds of slow, low-temperature baking, allowing the tea to develop depth and balance.

Dong Ding Oolong originated from Dong Ding Mountain in Taiwan, and over time has become synonymous with a distinctive baking style rather than just a place of origin. Traditionally, early Dong Ding teas — often referred to as “Hong Shui” (Red Water) — were more heavily oxidized and deeply roasted, while modern interpretations have gradually shifted toward lighter oxidation and baking, emphasizing clarity and aroma.
